Just over the horizon is the 15th anniversary of 5RB's greatest ever cum-uppance/humiliation/payback. On 22 July 2011 their clients - the Ministry of Justice & Police of Norway (and Police Sergeant Torill Sorte) - had their premises in Oslo blown up by virulent Muslim-hater Anders Breivik, who killed 7 people in the explosion and then went on that same day to execute 69 attendees by high-powered rifle at the ruling Labour Party's annual summer camp on Utøya island.
Breivik's van bomb decimated the building housing the Ministry - see accompanying video - EVEN injuring the Ministry lawyer Christian Reusch who was in the building and who was instructing David Hirst, via law firm Charles Russell Speechlys. Christian Reusch was on sick-leave for 16 months. INSTANT KARMA! Breivik also managed to obliterate the offices of Mr El Diwany's sworn enemy - Verdens Gang (VG) newspaper who were in the same building. Payback!
Within 7 days, on 29 July 2011, Mrs Justice Sharp (now Lady Justice Sharp, President of the King's Bench Division at the Royal Courts of Justice) handed down her arse-licking iniquitous libel judgment and exonerated defendant Police Sergeant Torill Sorte - using barrister David Hirst of 5RB. The Claimant was Lincoln's Inn Solicitor Farid El Diwany - a Muslim, born in London to a German mother and Egyptian father. It was a very speculative action by Mr El Diwany who issued his claim in an attempt to punish a corrupt police Sergeant in Norway called Torill Sorte. Even the Dagbladet journalist Morten Øverbye who did front page stories in December 2005 on Farid El Diwany relying on the words of Torill Sorte, later in 2007 called Police Sergeant Torill Sorte a "no-brainer liar" in a recorded call with Mr El Diwany, when he realised he'd been duped by Ms Sorte. Torill Sorte, to be precise, was inbred Norwegian trailer trash. But the honour and reputation of the Norwegian Police Force was at stake. This is where David Hirst came in. At the High Court in London on 16 March 2011 he covered up the main perversion of Police Sergeant Torill Sorte - which was her telling the nation in Dagbladet newspaper on 20 and 21 December 2005 that Farid El Diwany had from 1992 spent two years locked up in a mental hospital and that when he came out he was "worse than ever". The newspaper called Mr El Diwany "half-Arab Muslim" and vile, sexualised, hate-emails immediately came into Mr El Diwany's Inbox - declared a hate-crime by Essex Police and forwarded to Interpol Norway. Mr El Diwany had in fact not spent two seconds in any psychiatric hospital, let alone two years. He was the Port of London Authority's Commercial Property Solicitor from 1989 to 1998, with NO two-year gap for incarceration in a mental hospital. The PLA later confirmed this in writing. As did Mr El Diwany's family doctor. In reply to Torill Sorte's grotesque lie Mr El Diwany went on to Norwegian social media to call her "a liar and corrupt". She in turn went back to another newspaper in 2006, Eiker Bladet, to relate that she was being harassed and lied about and therefore Mr El Diwany, she was quoted saying, had to be "clearly mentally unstable". In 2010 the Eiker Bladet journalist, Roy Hansen, who did the 2006 story reproduced it in 2010 employing a skilful use of Google webmaster tools, allowing U.K Internet readers to see that 'Farid El Diwany ... is clearly mentally unstable".
DAVID HIRST knew all the background to Ms Sorte's Dagbladet deceit before the High Court hearing but, (totally ignoring his client's fabricated 'two years in a mental hospital' lie), still told the High Court on 16 March 2011 that Farid El Diwany was "mentally unstable" due to his (determined) pursuit by way of libel litigation in Norway of his foremost abuser, the registered Norwegian mental patient Heidi Schøne - later in 2021 declared a liar by Mr Justice Saini in paragraph 65 of his 2021 Administrative Court judgment. David Hirst did not condemn Mr El Diwany being told in those vile 2005 hate-emails to 'Go fuck Allah, the Camel' or that his 'semen was only fit for a pig' or told 'Going to fuck your mother, she likes white man' or asked if he 'licked the arseholes of pigs clean before eating them'. (Nor did the Islamophobic bigot Mrs Justice Sharp!) Sharp J ruled that Mr El Diwany's action fell foul of the State Immunity Act 1978 and set aside judgment. One cannot (with a few exceptions) sue an overseas government in the U.K. Sharp J noted in Court that Mr El Diwany had never spent any time in a mental hospital as alleged to 2 million Dagbladet readers by Police Sergeant Torill Sorte. But in her Judgment, Sharp J refused to condemn Torill Sorte for this fantastical lie. Such was the protection afforded to the Norwegian government following the massacre of innocents by Anders Breivik. And of course it didn't help that the Claimant Mr El Diwany was 'a Paki' - not literally, but this is the general populist underground label associated with troublemaker Muslims, and usually an establishment enemy.
INSTANT KARMA. Instant Karma describes an immediate and often ironic consequence of someone's actions. The truly despicable behaviour of David Hirst at 5RB - and his clients and their instructing Solicitors - got them an immediate negative experience, (initiated by Anders Breivik), which perfectly mirrored their own behaviour. VISIBLE PAYBACK. Tough shit! And all centred on hatred for Muslims. 'Instant Karma' was of course a huge hit in 1970 for John Lennon (RIP).
